Masterclass on agenda for Gold Coast conference
We're counting down to the First Nations Closing the Gap Health Conference being held at the Gold Coast from May 9-11. Kultchafi Managing Director Ara 'Julga' Harathunian will be presenting on 'Cultural Responsiveness and Cultural Healing in Communities'. PLUS Kultchafi is hosting a half-day Masterclass in Healing Circle Work on May 11.
Delivery of Healing Circle Work is suitable for addressing: Stolen Generation trauma; Displacement; Abuse; Isolation; Alcohol or substance abuse and addiction; Domestic and Family Violence; and gender issues. By taking part in the seven steps of Healing Circle Work, participants can learn to experience a restorative and health-giving sense of wellbeing to themselves and others - they learn to love themselves again, and feel the beauty of the person they are.
